Fashionably Late

Hey! I'm so sorry I haven't been posting! I've been super busy since school is starting and I volunteered to help with Freshman Orientation. This outfit was yesterday's outfit, so look forward to today's too!(: This outfit mainly revolves around the skirt, and how the blue blazer compliments the blues of the skirt. The skirt is a fairly casual skirt, but along with the blazer, adding the fancy white heels and layering it over a clean white body con dress give the overall look a more elegant feel? Maybe, maybe not. Let's just jump right in!(:
